I was met promptly, the service advisor had my service request in hand since I had made an appointment. The original time estimate was overstated so I was extremely pleased that it did not take as long as anticipated.

Great service!!! Shastina Jernigan is the best. She provides great customer service and works hard to take care of the service request. I like the fact that when I take my vehicles to them, I don't feel like I am trying to be upsold to with things I am not interested in. Their showroom is nice clean and well kept. They also have some free beverages and a snack area where you can purchase some items. I also like the fact they have a lot of security cameras in the shop area. That way there is a way to review things should a problem arise. Highly recommend service with Jim Norton Chevrolet.

I had to wait a bit longer than I expected but as always I received great service and my advisor Chris F. was as helpful as always and made sure I knew what issues my car had and if I wanted to proceed with the solution to the problem and how much it would cost beforehand. I love Jim Norton Chevrolet! It's close and convenient to my workplace. Super nice bunch there!

Great service, wouldn't budge much on price but did some. Staff was all excellent.

Showed up without an appointment to get an oil change and rotation. Was told not an issue, should take an hour to complete the work. 45 minutes later the job was done! Great Dealer and Service Department, the only place I take my cars for service.

Friendly and very helpful. Worked out price and Silverado that we are very happy with.
